Carl Waldo has substantial long-term experience in large infrastructure project finance. He has worked extensively with OPIC, World Bank, MIGA and the IFC on international loans, loan guarantees and political risk matters as well as with numerous major investment and commercial banks, both foreign and domestic. He held a senior management role in implementing and financing a large-scale planning and diversification program that led to the successful acquisition and integration of 22 companies. Past industry positions included Executive Vice President, CFO and Director of Global Risk Strategies, Ltd.; Chief Administrative Officer / Co-Chief Financial Officer and Director of American Ultramar Ltd.; and Financial Compliance and Project Risk Manager for Enron International. He has a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Pace University in New York; and attended the Bernard Baruch School of Business, CCNY, Human Resources Management.
