David T. Lupia, Inc. established in 1992, provides financial advisory services to companies engaged in energy and related businesses. Services include business valuations, corporate and project financing advice, and expert testimony. Prior to 1992, David was a senior vice president in Lehman Brothers' Investment Banking Group, where he participated in a number of energy-related assignments that required structuring of limited and non-recourse debt for projects such as refinery expansions, power projects, pipelines and LNG facilities. Before joining Lehman in 1987, David was employed by Exxon Corporation as the company's senior corporate finance representative on project teams developing limited and non-recourse financing plans and policies for a variety of large projects including Exxon's worldwide treasury interests. David earned an MBA in finance from the Wharton School and an AB with highest honors in Economics from Rutgers College.
