STAR Chemical Development is the development company for STAR Polyolefins LLC, the operating company. In aggregate, STAR Management has over 295 years of experience in project development, project financing, and project execution in the global petrochemicals industry.
Our laser-beam focus is Risk Prevention to prevent project cost overruns and schedule delays that have a history of plaguing capital intensive energy infrastructure projects. S & B Engineers and Constructors Ltd. in Houston is privately held and a major engineering, procurement and construction company serving the U.S. Petrochemical Industries since 1967. In the mid-stream and downstream market place, S & B established a proven track-record of delivering complex, capital intensive projects on-schedule and on-budget. As required on a project by project basis, S & B also partners with other large engineering firms experienced in technology specific areas for project execution.
